Orders can be placed through our website. Payment must be received in full before we can process your order. We accept payment by credit card through our payment processor Square.


All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable. Prices may be subject to change without notice.

Out of Stock Items:

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated delivery date. You may choose to wait for the item to be restocked or cancel your order and receive a refund.


If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet processed your order, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it.

Shipping Policy:

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from WA Bush Honey. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Here are our returns policies:

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the item or provide a refund, depending on your preference.

Change of Mind:

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. We will provide a refund for the cost of the item, but not for the shipping charges.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of any opened or used honey products for health and safety reasons.
